Guided Bilateral Drawing Exercise
Materials: -paper (and something to hold it down, like tape) -drawing materials such as markers, crayons, pencils... Place your paper on your work surface, sit straight in your chair, hold your pens or crayons in both fists and start at the bottom of your page. Close your eyes and listen as I guide you though your drawing. You will focus on your back, imagining that you are giving yourself a little back rub as you draw. This is a great exercise for grownups too!!
